1. Services Description
Inkkur is an AI writing assistant that helps users with text generation, editing, content optimization, style transfer, and article evaluation. Our services are accessible via our website and downloadable software. We offer a Free plan with limitations (e.g., 100,000 tokens and 100 requests) and a Pro subscription plan with higher limits (e.g. 600,000 tokens and 100,000 requests), Pro+ subscription plan with higher limits (e.g. 2,500,000 tokens and unlimited requests). Online Editor Features: Inkkur provides advanced writing features including real-time grammar detection, AI conversation workspace, one-click optimization, style conversion, worldbuilding settings, character settings, template management, and agent collaboration mode.
2. User Accounts
- Account Registration: You must create an account to use Inkkur. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@inkkur.com of any unauthorized use.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not share accounts, use automated means to access our services, engage in spamming, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.
- Session Limits: Free accounts are limited to 5 AI conversation sessions. Pro accounts have unlimited sessions.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Plans: We offer Free, Pro and Pro+ subscription plans. All plans are billed on a subscription basis with automatic renewal.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Creem, a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to Creem's terms and privacy policy.
- Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time through Creem's platform. No refunds are provided for cancellations. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Usage Tracking: We track your token usage and request counts. Low balance warnings will be provided when your usage approaches limits.
4. Intellectual Property
- User Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you generate using Inkkur. We do not claim ownership over your content.
- Our Services: All software, designs, and content provided by Inkkur are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
- AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI models remains your intellectual property, though we cannot guarantee it will be free from third-party claims.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Inkkur is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The AI-generated content will be accurate, error-free, or fit for your purpose.
- The services will be uninterrupted or secure.
- Content generated by AI will not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyrights).
- Worldbuilding, characterization, or template features will always produce consistent results.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of any content generated. We disclaim all liability for biases, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content produced by the AI.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Inkkur. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages resulting from your use of Inkkur, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked. You can terminate your account by contacting support@inkkur.com.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington, using a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are waived.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via a banner on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
